MUVGO Media LLC (“MUVGO Media,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who interacts with our website and services, including advertisers, driver partners, sales/career applicants, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Advertising inquiries: name, job title, company name, business email, phone number, website/social media handle, industry, campaign objective, target market, budget or vehicle-count estimate, and any message you submit through our “Request a Proposal” form.

Driver / vehicle partner applications: full name, email, phone number, home address, the last four digits of your driver's license number, vehicle make/model/year/color, current mileage, driving profile (platforms used, typical routes, preferred campaign duration, priority cities or ZIP codes), and photos of your vehicle.

In-person verification: during the scheduled vehicle inspection, you present your physical driver's license, Social Security card, vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance so our team can verify your identity and eligibility in person. We do not ask you to type, upload, or otherwise transmit your full Social Security Number online; copies obtained in person are handled as described in Section 5 (Data Security) and Section 6 (Data Retention).

Sales / career applications: name, address, contact email and phone, years of experience, LinkedIn profile (if provided), a description of your professional background, and your uploaded resume/CV.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Standard technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through standard web-server logs.

If and when we use cookies or similar tracking or analytics technologies (for example, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), we collect information about how you use our website. Where such tools are enabled, we will update this Policy and, where required by applicable law, request your consent before doing so. See Section 8 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies).

1.3 Campaign Performance Data

Once a driver's vehicle is enrolled in an active advertising campaign, mileage and circulation data may be collected through an approved mobile application to verify compliance with the signed campaign agreement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

Evaluate and process advertiser, driver, and sales/career applications

Verify the identity and eligibility of driver applicants

Administer and manage advertising campaigns and driver agreements, including scheduling installations and inspections

Process compensation and payments owed to drivers under a signed agreement

Communicate with applicants, partners, advertisers, and website visitors

Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Detect, prevent, and address fraud, safety issues, or misuse of our network

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, website hosting, vehicle-wrap production and installation, and identity or insurance verification

Advertisers, limited to campaign-relevant information (for example, general vehicle type or circulation city), not identity documents or sensitive personal data

Legal and safety authorities, where required to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of MUVGO Media, our partners, or the public

A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets

Any other third party, only with your consent

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect, including limiting access to sensitive documents to authorized personnel and storing digital files using access-controlled systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Physical copies of identity documents obtained during in-person verification are retained only for as long as required by the signed agreement or applicable law, and are then securely destroyed.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10; we may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

California Residents: If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function and allow us to understand how visitors use our site. We may use first-party and, where applicable, third-party cookies or similar technologies (such as analytics or advertising pixels) to operate our website and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect certain site features. If we introduce new analytics or advertising tools that require consent under applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain that consent before enabling them.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. All driver, advertiser, and sales/career applicants must be at least 18 years old. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms (including delivery, rideshare, or taxi platforms referenced for driver eligibility) that are not owned or controlled by MUVGO Media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate.
